Terms & Conditions

Resort Check-In time is 13.00 hrs and Check-Out time is 11.00 hrs. Noon. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and extra charges.
In case of early check-in, rooms to be blocked from previous night as per applicable charges.
As per company policy, we do not permit outside food, liquor and beverages.
Reservations of room / room category are subject to availability.
All other activities not included in package would be extra charged.
Children up to the age of 5 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed will be complimentary. Morning Breakfast will be chargeable.
Children above 5 years will be considered as adult and will be charged as extra person with or without extra bed.
Choice Resort reserves the Right to cancel / release non- guaranteed reservations. The following terms and conditions will be applicable for bookings.
The allocation of rooms shall be made on electronically /email/fax communication received from authorized people on respective letter head.
All the bookings will be deemed as confirmed reservation unless specified as provisional booking by the company.
All the policies pertaining will be applicable to these confirmed bookings.
Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
The rooms will be retained for the guest as per reservation till 18:00 hrs or from hotel checks-in time whichever is earlier, after which No Show Clause will be applied.
As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid photo ID and produce it at the time of check-in.
In case of failure to abide by any clauses or non-payment, the liability of the said bill would lie with your office.
